A FREE 'E-BOOK' ABOUT THE WPS? 🌊🇵🇭

LOOK: The University of the Philippines – Institute for Maritime Affairs and Law of the Sea (IMLOS) has just published "a concise yet comprehensive document tackling significant aspects of the West Philippine Sea from the point of view of the Philippines."

The 95-page document can be downloaded for free from IMLOS' web site.

Named "The West Philippine Sea: The Territorial and Maritime Jurisdiction Disputes from a Filipino Perspective (The WPS Primer 2026)," the document is an updated version of the primer first published in 2013 by IMLOS and the Asian Center.

"The newest iteration covers significant developments that have happened since, the most notable of which is the 2016 Award in the South China Sea Arbitration, which affirmed the Philippines’ sovereign rights and jurisdiction over its exclusive economic zone in the West Philippine Sea," IMLOS wrote.
