KANO: DOUBLE STANDARDS OF JUDICIARY

In Delta, Appeal Court reportedly walks past ‘unstamped ballots’, upholds Gov Oborevwori’s election victory while in Kano, it ruled on the basis of allegedy unstamped alarming 165,000 ballot papers to upturn decision of over a million Kano voters on their choice of Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf.

Please note that out of the alleged Kano 165,616 ballot papers, 146,292 (88.33%) of the ballot papers are both duly SIGNED and STAMPED (only lacking date). Only 1,886 lacked total endorsement.

Let's pretend NNPP made a mistake by not including Abba Kabir's name in its membership register. Let's also assume INEC made the mistake of not stamping some ballot papers. Court, in its wisdom, is using this "mistake" (if any) to overturn the will of Kano people.
Now, the same Court made a similar mistake by declaring Abba Kabir as a winner. By the court standard of using technicalities, it is safe to say Abba won his appeal since there is no room for a mistake. SIMPLE.

Someone is saying the North did not vote for Atiku/Obi in 2019. Elections are gone and there is lot to say about how it went wrong for the PDP.
But PDP got its highest votes from Buhari's town - Kaduna, 650, 000; this is more than the combine votes of Abia, Bayelsa and Ebonyi.
