Well, today was my last day @LiveLancs and @CumbriaLive. It's been a great two and a half years since starting in June 2021. It's been a tough week this week, but wow what an adventure. I cannot thank the team, past and present, who have helped me along the way.
But, now is the time to move on to new challenges. I'm excited for what 2024 has lined up for me. Here's to the future. Thank you everyone who had helped me along the way ❤️
My colleagues have always been there to support me and I've learned so much. Cumbria is a massive county and it's been a challenge to cover it mostly on my own with the help of the team for live news and longer reads. But, I've learned a lot along the way.
@YouFromLancs@LiveLancs You're going to be a huge miss! It's been fun working with you James on those fun Cumbria jobs, even if you didn't know what hit you when you came for Uppies and Downies!! X
@colwild@HighwaysNWEST Hi Col, my name is Melissa and I work for LancsLive. We're currently setting up a live blog on this and wondered if we could use your picture to aid with our reporting?
Sometimes you read a news headline and think: 'This could only have happened in this town'! Well, now you can test just how accurate your knowledge of Lancashire is by taking our quiz https://t.co/XXUebO3nwE
