@TheAkolyte @n_e_rd The host wanted to avoid the topic not keep the peace. Keeping the peace would be to have a rational conversation about a topic if it came up. Can you imagine anyone saying, please don't talk about the Holocaust or the Rwandan genocide or what's happening to the Rohingya?

@FlySWISS That was not the case. We were quoted a price. We agreed. The app adjusted the ticket date/ time. We assumed all fine. Later, received an email saying we needed to call and were told by agents that we needed to pay more. We've been on the phone an hour

@FlySWISS quotes us one price to change our flights. Now they email us to demand we pay more because their colleague made a mistake with the price. How is charging a customer to correct an internal mistake customer service?
