@WorcsBoschCare Hi - my 82 year old mother has to wait nearly a week, for the 3rd time, due to the boiler breaking down again. She is under warranty. Nearly a month with no heating or hot water. How is this an acceptable level of service?

Total crush and mess @Stansted_Exp at the airport. Only 2 people on gate manually checking every single ticket and railcard photo from a standing room only train from London. And the staff were grumpy to say the least! 10 minutes to get through and half the train still behind me.
