@MicrosoftHelps KB5065432 installed on ADFS server 2022. The state parameter sent to the adfs authorize endpoint is being double url encoded in the post response back to the app. ie %3D -> %253D (%25='%') This is really bad, uninstalled. How do I report this? #production

@azuresupport #azhelp: What did you all change? I now get "Microsoft Entra rejected the token issued by Azure DevOps with error code AADSTS700213: No matching federated identity record found for presented assertion subject '...' on all service connections! Issuer requires v2 now?

@AzureSupport That's not it. Everything is a perfect case-sensitive match. And it just started happening. nothing has changed. last successful usage was 4/10 (but nothing was using the service connections until today)
