My baggage from TRZ → RUH is missing for more than 2 days and there is no update from the baggage team.RUH airport informed that both bags are stuck in Hyderabad (HYD) and not forwarded yet.
This delay is causing huge inconvenience.

Good @AirIndiaX and birds airport and services. Worst experience at @aaiTRZairport. I have a valid 30kg ticket with 7kg of luggage. In check in counter staff doesn't have a knowledge about visa and luggage details.

I frequent traveller. I came across Chennai and trichy. But this time @AirIndiaX and birds service gave me a such a good experience. Not only me. In behind of me all passengers are complaining against that services. Shit..... thank you @AirIndiaX

I have a valid employment visa and I provided the documents to him. Still he asking do you have a valid visa and he asking unrelated questions. I have a 7kg luggage only but he forcing to put that into checked in luggage. Worst handling service in trichy.@AirIndiaX
