@LewishamCouncil can you confirm what to do if we report that the bins have been missed in our street but nothing happens? This is the second time in 3 weeks as the Bank Holiday collection was missed too.

@shop hello, I wrote to your support team a while ago but have no reply. I once bought a present for my sister and now every time I order anything paid through your app, the name changes to hers. Today the billing name of an order changed to hers. This is a GDPR breach. Help

@shop I believe so. I have had the issue reoccur again today for a retailer I've never used before. How would they have my sister's forename without Shop's involvement? If this cannot be resolved promptly, I will have no alternative to make a complaint to be Information Commissioner
@shop Where did I ask for a refund? I'm asking that the right person's details are used. Personal info in accounts for retailers always stays as my name, but on check out a message says Thank You "sister's name". I can show you multiple receipts. Can you pass this to your tech team?
