I didn’t ask about 24. It had what you had for the incident. I asked for 12R plate. Amendment 2 was in the federal register in 1965. Plates are drawn off of the information in the federal register.

FWIW I once messed up an ILS in low weather. Tried to do circle-to-land out of it. Scared the hell out of me and did the very-complicated miss. Never tried to save an ILS that way again.

@briandstone Yep. Just completed 900 mile trip in 2025 S with V14.2.2.3. It screwed up parking at 3 superchargers and got completely lost in one construction zone. Speed control tolerable. Hurry had tendency to camp in left lane on the interstate.

What about when Waymo gets stuck? That not only means it failed level whatever but the passenger or the cop or whomever is there can request assistance and I assume the car can be remotely controlled to get it out of the situation? I’m making these comments not to try and justify Tesla and level 4 but to illustrate the problems with the definitions in general.

@ICannot_Enough @SantoroSystems My gripe is with the SAE definitions. They ignore reality in this litigious environment. And if Waymo is considered level 4 then Robotaxi should be considered that also.
