Today I did my first movie cameo 🎬 in a psychological thriller. Before production they asked me if I wanted to play a fictional character with a fake podcast… or just be myself.
I chose me. Why? Because even one scene can double as branding. That moment isn’t just acting, it’s marketing, it’s positioning, and it’s product placement without paying a dime.
Don’t just take opportunities… make sure they reinforce your brand. Every appearance is leverage if you’re intentional about it.
I realized 2 years ago that you can have all the money in the world, but if you're not spiritually rooted and grounded in family, it means nothing.
That’s why I no longer just talk about money and focus more on family, faith, and legacy. Money is just a band-aid and a very small part of the solution to the problems we see in society.
It’s important to understand the distinction between pursuing wealth and pursuing a lifestyle. It’s a huge difference and confusing the two will set you and your family back.
In American culture, it’s normal to only value money when it results in a visibly upgraded lifestyle. Many believe that the sole purpose of earning more is to spend more. This mindset is not only flawed, it’s unhealthy.
Money is much more valuable than simply indulging & consuming. Just because you earn more doesn’t mean you have to buy more shit.
Not everything needs to be lived to be understood. But certain things can’t be grasped without living them. Things like love, marriage, parenthood, becoming rich, losing a parent, betrayal, spiritual transformation.
That’s why you have to be careful taking advice from people who only speak from theory. Opinions without experience often sound wise, but they miss the weight.
I used to think building wealth was just about grinding, investing, flipping, scaling & all the individual hustle stuff.
But the older I get, the more I realize:
If your family isn’t part of the plan, you’re not building wealth. You’re just saving money, and it’s a big difference between the two.
The first businesses were started by families, the first empires were families and the first countries were just large families.
Most of the core structures of society were originally started or organized around families. Thinking you’re going to build and sustain wealth without a family & tribe is just chasing fools gold.
Talking about building wealth without placing equal emphasis on building family is like watering a tree’s leaves while ignoring its roots—or like lighting a candle in the wind: it may burn bright for a moment, but it won’t thrive or endure the storms.
