@LouisDeJoy why is my postmaster NEVER available by phone or in person, emails are never responded to, yet they email me my issue is resolved when I haven't spoken to anyone. I'm also told there is NO Way for a citizen to contact the postmaster generals office?????
@trane takes ZERO responsibility for list shipments, shipping the wrong parts, or customers without ac for almost a month. Love your business model. Guess repeat customers....or referrals aren't important?
@trane, why is it that you stop caring about customers after purchase? Why can't you track a package you sent? Why can't you find parts for your most common units? Why do you tell customers you're too busy to help?

@USPS Postmaster in Suffolk, VA needs to go! She has absolutely no follow through and customer care comes second to her family during working hours. She even has her staff boldly lie to customers to try and make them go away.
@VirginiaDMV is no longer taking phone calls on the 804 number because "too busy"? WTH? Take my money, don't supply service, then won't take my call. Thanks!!!

@BanisterNissan Norfolk service is worst I've seen in 57 years!!!! Treat customers like idiots. Look under hood for one problem and blatantly ignore a MAJOR issue staring them in the face. "you didn't come in for that" Really?
