@AlessandraFuoc2 @ABC Yes, I think that all the participants should be charged. One could argue that some suspects had less involvement, but they were still involved in the assault. They are considered accessories to the act, which is almost as gruesome. Every suspect involved needs to face charges.

@AYrdsb Ultimately it’s up to the discretion of the parent. If they believe that their child will #understand the meaning of their actions through this punishment then so be it. No #law is in place against it. We don’t know the #background of this parent or child so it’s unfair to judge.
