The #FoodFall app is a fun educational game about healthy eating and was developed in collaboration with professionals from the Spanish @hospitaldelmar, the association @DownCatalunya 🇪🇸, and the support of the Horizon2020-funded GO-DS21 project 🇪🇺. Together, we help people with Down syndrome and their families to prevent or fight comorbidities like #obesity as early as possible. The app was launched during the 5th @t21rs conference in Rome from 5-8 June 2024.
