NOT FROM MEMBERS OF THE MEDIA
Contrary to Senator Alan Peter Cayetano's claim, it was not members of the media who applauded and cheered for him during his press conference at the Senate on Thursday, but rather his own staff and several guests in attendance.
"First time akong napalakpakan ng media, walang bayad 'yon," he said after claiming that he had managed to unite various political groups, which he alleged are now aligned with the administration.
Cayetano also maintained that he remains Senate president, despite the recognition by Malacañang and the House of Representatives of Senator Win Gatchalian’s leadership as acting Senate president. | via Malou Escudero/Pilipino Star Ngayon
She is still an Araneta, a Mar Roxas-like descent which pushes for good governance and daang matuwid.
This is probably the reason why I think may rift kay Imee and BBM.
BBM probably wants to change his father’s ways and gusto nya patunayan na iba sya under the influence of the FL
"These are people who are really capable of lying without batting an eyelash."

MARCOLETA HITS MEDIA DURING FLOOD CONTROL PROBE
WATCH: Senator Rodante Marcoleta took aim at the media during his opening statement at a hearing on the alleged flood control scandal, accusing journalists of being paid and questioning their coverage of the issue.
“Kayong participant sa media, na karamihan ay bayaran, may nagsalita ba sa kanila?” Marcoleta said.
Marcoleta claimed journalists have failed to question other senators regarding their silence on the flood control controversy.
FACT CHECK: Members of the media earlier asked acting Senate President Win Gatchalian on whether there were efforts to halt the Senate’s investigation into the flood control issue.
Gatchalian denied any moves to stop the probe, clarifying that the matter would be properly handled by the Senate blue ribbon committee under the chairmanship of Sen. Erwin Tulfo. | @TristanNodalo
