Hey @DIRECTV. I’ve tired returning your equipment for a month now. I’ve had to call customer service more in the last 3 weeks than the 5 years I had the service. 50 minutes of my life I will never get back and still aren’t guaranteed a solution. DO BETTER!

@drjoshfunk I use Fairlife protein shakes as my base and add a little sugar free pudding mix before freezing. Smoothie bowls are also amazing!

Update: spent 30 minutes on hold with no response from a rep before I hung up. The 10 minute callback I was supposed to receive was to be 45 minutes ago… oh and the robot chat never responded to me after 7:01 PM.
