Hate is not about understanding. Just like how love is not. You can't explain why you love the things you love, why should you need people explained to not hate?

Trying to evoke a sense of relatability in haters to trigger empathy has always confused me. And angered me. Why do you insist that the problem is with understanding? It is so utterly irrelevant.

Hate is taught. But adults are responsible for their judgements. How am I supposed to take someone seriously if they choose to carry so radical, so huge, so destructive of a hate for things they can't even understand or explain, while hiding behind "reason"?

Apparently not everyone takes a moment after getting upset with someone to reflect on whether or not they enact the same behaviors to other people too and make a mental note of it to become a better person???? They just think they couldn’t ever do others wrong in a similar way???
