@vulyplay I ordered the Thunder Pro, and 2 of the support beams were cracked. I submitted a warranty claim on the 23rd. The auto-responses said it could take 48hrs. I talked with customer support again on the 28th & escalated for the 3rd time. I was told nothing could be done
