A reminder that Gary Bettman fined the New Jersey $3 million and loss of the 2 draft choices for a cap circumvention. He fined the Chicago Blackhawks $2 million. That’s Gary’s message. Circumventing the cap is more egregious than covering up alleged sexual assault.
