@PizzaExpress was in hove on Sunday. staff taken over table with bags and coats etc . Gripper treads on stairs to look broken loose or missing, plus dirty. men’s loo disgusting - mat under hand dryer looks mouldy, dirty everywhere not seen mop or broom.

@Accor IBIS Preston north what a dump of a filthy hotel. Mouldy shower, stained beds, thick dirt on skirting, Doors look like they been eaten. Stained carpets list goes on.
