Most of the time @IncomeTaxIndia delays release of ITR forms, Tax Audit schemas and utilities. Professionals then work nights and weekends on unstable portals to meet the same “fixed” deadline.

If the @FinMinIndia expects punctual compliance, shouldn’t it also be bound by punctual release?

🔹 Set a statutory cut-off for releasing ITR & Tax Audit forms.
🔹 Link due dates automatically to actual release dates.
🔹 Ensure stable portals and no last-minute schema changes.

Compliance isn’t a favour; it’s a legal obligation. But it has to be a two-way street. Ease of Doing Business starts with ease of complying.
