@AmericanAir my family has seat assignments and then all of a sudden they are bumped off the flight! Why is this allowed? I guess we should always fly with @Delta At least they take care of their customers. #AmericanAirlines

@AmericanAir For the 1st time in 5yr my family is coming to visit me in ATL. Their connecting flight was delayed and American wouldn’t let them on their next flight. That flight ended up being delayed. When they went to board American had given their seats away! Low integrity AA!
