@GodrejInterio4U the ASP of Badarpur has FRAUDULENTLY closed our service request case with a "satisfied" rating despite us not sharing the code with him since 2 defective pieces are yet to be picked up. HOW MANY TIMES DO WE NEED TO FOLLOW UP? WE HAVE A JOB OTHER THAN THIS!!
@GodrejInterio4U is an absolutely fraudulent company that sells defective products and has zero customer care support. Be prepared to spend your days trying to reach them after spending a bomb on their products. Lesson learnt. Never again!
@GodrejInterio4U Thanks for FINALLY installing the replacement. Original defective pieces are still with us & we've been chasing to have it collected. This is my final msg in this regard. If not collected by Saturday, we will be disposing it of. This is a house not your warehouse
@GodrejInterio4U where is your msg and resolution? I need a solution today or a number to reach out to. You don't have customer care! Does our problem seem like a joke to you? Been chasing y'all for a week now via email & now X. How are you so callous and utterly insensitive??
@GodrejInterio4U Your ASP told us it will be resolved by 2 pm but as per your DM it "will be resolved" with no sign of calls or response to our emails. Please know that we're normal humans who don't have money and/or time to waste on your wardrobe & non-existent customer care!!
@GodrejInterio4U Had purchased an XL wardrobe which came in with sliding fault on one side and roof damaged during transportation. It has been 3 weeks - replacement was to arrive in 2-3 weeks. You guys have dysfunctional customer care & there is no way to escalate or reach you.
Need a hard deadline on this. First, an incorrect item was delivered and we had to chase the delivery folks for an hour to get the correct item & then it came damaged. We opted for Godrej based on past experience & reliability. Looks like a huge mistake now!
@Airtel_Presence Absolutely horrible experience where you don't even understand the meaning of the word urgent and your agent absconds the minute after sending the DM for details. Thanks but absolutely no thanks
@Airtel_Presence experienced a sudden disconnection of service while travelling. Went to an Airtel store & they insist on physical presence even for e-sim. The connection is taken in my mother's name & she's a senior citizen. Happy to provide docs needed but need a solution ASAP.
