Two segments of Hwy 22 between Mankato and St. Peter will get permanent pavement markings May 18–22 (weather permitting): Le Sueur Co. Rd 21 to the MN River (S of St. Peter) and Blue Earth Co. Rd 57 to Le Sueur Co. Rd 2. Watch for crews, lane closures, and short delays.

Due to ongoing construction on Hwy 109 in Wells, visitors heading to St. Casimir Cemetery or Rosehill Cemetery over the Memorial Day holiday will need to use an alternate route. You can reach both cemeteries via 3rd Street SW & Half Moon Road throughout the Memorial Day weekend.

MnDOT bridge crews will perform routine inspections on the historic Hwy 99 high truss bridge over the Minnesota River in St. Peter May 4-5 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Traffic will be reduced to one lane across the bridge with flagging operations. https://t.co/STAjiap4Tf

A ceremony was held at MnDOT in Mankato today to honor transportation workers who have been injured or killed while working on MN highways. The display of empty chairs, each draped with a safety vest and hat, represents the highway workers who lost their lives while on the job.
