@JenniferNorins on that machine. But I would gladly set up an instance for you to test on a web server. You could try it out for a week or so, and then if you want to continue using it, we'd have to agree some hosting charge - still working that part out! But we need a good test case 😀

@JenniferNorins Hi @JenniferNorins. It's not so easy to set up, but hopefully easy to use. On the GitHub page there are instructions for setting it up on a dev/test machine. You need to have Visual Studio and SQL Server installed. And then it isn't on a network, so it could only be accessed...

We recently added the ability to create questionnaires in Monic, so data collection for monitoring can be done directly in the system. We've now added an integration with OpenAI's ChatGPT. #ChatGPT

We generate the summary using ChatGPT, then let the user edit it as needed. The summaries then get output in a PDF report or Excel export, etc. This should save a lot of time manually summarizing the responses (still some concerns about the accuracy of ChatGPT's responses).

Monic will come pre-configured with at least 10 Likert-scale groups of options, for assessing awareness, approval, frequency, familiarity, intensity, satisfaction, importance, quality and performance.

That about sums up where we've got to at present, but there is plenty more still to come, including linking questionnaires to indicators, so the data collected from the surveys flows into the M&E functionality.

Our first use-case of this functionality goes live tomorrow, so...🤞

On your home page dashboard, you can configure a widget to show the completion percentages of questionnaires across the entities that you are permitted to access.
