Money is not Oxygen. Money is not Water. Money is not Sunlight. Money is not Affection. Money is not Nutrition.
Money is not Existential.
Money is an Artificial Barrier.
Money provides security, distance, control, privilege, luxury.
All with but a promise of reliability.
@Warlockdnd@thetshirtedone Some classes in Pathfinder 2e allow this, too. Specifically Druid comes to mind with the order explorer feat, let's you get the initial benefit of a different druidic order (circle) and unlock their feat pool.
@matthewmercer The reverse calamity is upon us! Matt about to tear a dimensional rift of unimaginable proportions into whatever setting's past Brennan is willing to let him retroactively destroy
@dreadhelm@lincodega@Wizards_DnD What does this even mean that the 1.0a is their red line? Of course it is, because it's the only thing keeping them in check. They believe getting rid of it will allow them to control the space and decide who gets to play ball with their "brand". They don't care about the game.
@dreadhelm@lincodega@Wizards_DnD Let wizards have their conversation and their OGL. Nobody will use it once the ORC license is released. Wizards lost this fight when they were silent. I don't see them reclaiming this neglected space. Besides, 1.2 is just another attempt at misdirection and trickery, no sincerity
@Rulelord2E I will now imagine Saruman going the classic wizards apprentice route when he planned to attack Helm's Deep. "The age of man is over. The time to clean has come."
@jesthehuman I want to add to the list: Nicholas Sage, the Druid. Nicholas Page, the Bard. Nicholas Gage, the Inventor. Nicholas Wage, the ... Union Worker?
