Attempted to transfer to a better savings account, but couldnt. Called @Barclays, endured over an hour on hold, line closed. Today, resolved 'suspicious activity,' answered Qs, but fraud team called while on the line—couldn't answer. Now, account is completely blocked.

@NatWest_Help We applied for a mortgage over a mnth ago. U have already taken a grand out of my account. Received a letter last week bt had the wrong property address. Now the case has been escalated. We have no updates because there is a backlog. &now we might lose the house.
