#KyleRittennhouse looking at this thread for 5 minutes makes it clear. 6 jurors want no prison time and 6 jurors want some prison time. It will be a hung jury. No question in my mind at all

@EileenLacour @johnpavlovitz These laws are so weird. I grew up bird hunting with my dad in MA. I couldn’t own a shotgun prior to 18, but could carry one and travel with one to and from the hunting location. The laws are meant for recreational use and hunting, but laws aren’t written in those terms

@EileenLacour @johnpavlovitz So because the DA knew the rifle met the law requirements, the judge dropped the charge. There is obviously a dispute of whether this law was towards hunting or not, the law doesn’t specifically stipulate that

@TeeterA5 @BlueGME ? Because the law states a barrel length of 16 inches and he threatened to just measure it? The DA conceded quickly which meant they were issuing a charge they knew was a bogus to begin with. Hate WI law, not the judge on this one

@HeathenViews It’s actually really scary to me how stupid Americans are. Like I feel they have no clue what Kyle is actually charged with and the burden of evidence the prosecutors have to provide. So pathetically reading all these comments
