We are deeply concerned by the violent and disturbing threats currently being directed toward KEONHO through online platforms. What started as hateful comments has now escalated into explicit threats involving harm toward him and even his family. This is not “fanwar behavior,” and it should never be treated as normal fandom culture.

KEONHO is one of the youngest members of CORTIS. He is an idol who has done nothing but work hard, stay sincere with fans, and give his best on every stage. Seeing someone so young become the target of intimidation, harassment, and violent language is heartbreaking and unacceptable.

No artist deserves to open their phone and become the subject of threats. No family deserves to be mentioned in violent posts. Silence toward situations like this only allows people to think this behavior is acceptable.

We ask all Keonhoville, COER and everyone who cares about artist safety to please help protect KEONHO by:

• Reporting malicious posts and accounts
• Spreading awareness responsibly
• Refusing to normalize “jokes” involving violence or death threats
• Sending support and positive messages to KEONHO

Showing just how serious the situation has become. we cannot ignore it until it gets worse. An idol should never have to suffer in fear while simply trying to pursue his dreams.

I’ve seen people mentioning me left and right to speak up about the current situation. 🙏 I have not been silent out of unwillingness, but because I have been looking for the right moment and taking time to understand the perspectives of both sides. As this account may reaches a wide audience, not only Keonho fans but fans of all members. I am striving to take a neutral stance that does not offend either party during this tense time 🙏

Regarding Keonho situation.

- Keonho has faced excessive hate since debut, and yesterday reached a breaking point when certain individuals harassed a director working with him, resulting in the post being taken down. It is understandable that many of Keonho’s solo fans are disappointed and are voicing their concerns, causing a trending tag, because such actions damage Keonho’s reputation with brands.
Damaging his reputation also damages Cortis’s reputation. Such behavior does not come from true fans, but from Akgae (toxic solo stans). This behavior must be avoided to protect this newly debuting group.

But also please be wiser when expressing opinions and avoid damaging other members' reputations, as the issue lies between toxic individuals, not the members, who are innocent. 🙏

- Keonho is a sweet kid, 17yo boy who is active and curious about new things. He loves his members dearly, he has mentioned wanting to do things from his childhood with them and has shared plans for the next 10 years together. Knowing this, it is clear how much he cares for them right? So, Please stop judging him as a "naughty" child just based on his playful actions. It is impossible for him to do malicious things as some toxic individuals think. They have a strong bond and understand their own jokes better than us, who only see them on screen. As fans, we should know our limits.🙏

Also, for Indonesian fans, please stop creating narratives that spread bad opinions about Keonho under the guise of "joking." Joking about the body odor of someone you have never met is not a joke, it is cyberbullying. Such behavior must be reprimanded, and if not, please reported to cortisprotect. 🙏

This applies to all members. Cyber bullying against any member cannot be tolerated!

- Regarding Keonho threat.
The harm threat made against Keonho by a Seonghyeon Akgae on Weibo is horrific. It is incomprehensible how someone can hold such hatred towards a young boy just starting his career 🥲This is intolerable. We are gathering evidence and will submit it to HYBE for legal action, as this is extremely dangerous. For those on Weibo, please help report the account. I will provide the link in the next post. I hope other Seonghyeon fans can help report this individual, as their behavior damages Seonghyeon's reputation and his innocent fans (Vice versa) 🙏

Our biases are in the same group. Indeed, we cannot manage people's hearts to like what we like, but at least if you do not like our bias, ignore him as a form of respect. 🙏

I know there is pro/contra regarding perceived unfair treatment. However, we only see them on screen, we don’t know how Bighit operates behind the scenes.
Based on my observations, the Cortis team is open and involves all members in activities. We must be able to wait patiently, I believe they will surely receive their fair share of promotion.

Last, Please support them because they deserve it, not out of our ego to outdo other members. Such ego breeds resentment and breaks the fandom apart.
Try to be friend with other members fans to get more perspectives. Sometimes, unintended actions can offend other fans and make them hate our bias. Therefore, we should all self-reflect 🙏
