@americanapparel I am highly concerned as I've sent more than 3 emails + left a voicemail for customer service re: a return, all of which have gone unanswered. Please direct message me so we can resolve this matter.
Ordered 3 replacement cushions (1 chaise + 2 regular) from @MyBobs and received 2 regular cushions (springs + cushion) & 1 chaise (springs only). Do they honestly think sitting on a set of coiled springs was the answer? You can't make this up. #bobsdiscountfurniture#mybobs
When your cushions are disintegrated from a 4 year old couch & you pay in full for replacement cushions in Aug & the item is 4+ months delayed in shipping, you'd think @MyBobs would be transparent & communicative. Instead, lie after lie after lie. #mybobs#bobsdiscountfurniture
After emailing the CEO of @MyBobs to alert him to the blatant lies @Mybobs customer service tells its customers, was offered a $25 gift card for the "inconvenience". If customer service says an item "shipped" on Nov. 16 and it's a blatant lie, $25 gift card is simply comical.
