By delaying the repair work (from complain date, pickup, repair, deliver) it takes more than 20 days. So if there are 5 complaints then 100 days gone from the usage and warranty. Effective usage is only 9 months. Very bad product from Dreame company. #Dreame #robot

Don’t buy expensive items from Amazon, I had returned the received damaged item worth ₹6050/-. They verified it while pickup, item reached to them, but refund declined saying return item is different. I lost money and the product both. Amazing service. #Amazonin @amazonIN

Received a defective item from Amazon, returned it through their approved process, and Amazon confirmed receipt. After 15 days of waiting for refund, I was told no refund would be issued. The product won’t be returned either.
