peak diet: don’t count calories. be nonchalant. eat 1 or 2 meals a day. have a banana if you want to. don’t count oat milk calories (they are not real). chug tea and water because it’s good and it feels good and tastes good. be kind and productive and weigh yourself 1x/week tops

went out for lunch with a friend and shared nachos and a burger and im lowk estimating around 1000cals for the whole thing how does it sound? it wasn’t a big portion but i wanna be safe
