In February, Liverpool appointed Bafode Diakhaby as youth development coach.
Previously, he worked within the PSG system, working with the U14, U15, and U16 teams. It's no surprise that Liverpool is now scouting talent across the country, not just for the U18 and U21 teams.
Liverpool have appointed Bafode Diakhaby as their new Youth Development Phase (YDP) coach.
The 36-year-old brings nearly a decade of experience from PSG's academy, where he led pre-academy development and coached the U14, U15 and U16 sides in the French capital.
LFC target Zach Trinder has deregistered from parent club Wolves, allowing him to explore opportunities with other clubs.
The 14-year-old shot-stopper became the second-youngest goalkeeper ever to appear at U18 level after making his debut and keeping a clean sheet against LFC.
LFC are reportedly closing in on the signing of 14 years old Everton midfielder Josh Chigwada, who recently deregistered himself from the club. The highly-regarded England youth international became one of Everton's youngest-ever U18 debutants after featuring off the bench in May.
He is widely regarded as one of the best talented young goalkeepers in the country. Zach has been called up to the England U15 team.
Arsenal and Tottenham are also vying for his signature.

I can imagine Kerkez creating width on the left, as he did at Bournemouth.
On the right, the new RW (Diomande?). Both can feed Isak in the penalty area.
Wirtz in his favorite zone, the LHS.
Wirtz plays LW for the German national team. When Kerkez was signed, I envisioned a Wirtz-Kerkez partnership on the left flank. Flo isn't Iraola's typical LW and a year later, it's not entirely clear how to utilize Wirtz to his full potential.
