Finally starting to decompress after the Laker liftoff. It always amazes me seeing how these events come together and the people that step up to make things happen. We placed 2nd as a team, got 1 more in state, and another auto qualified. Work isn’t over. 6 more weeks to qualify!

Congrats to the Spud Olympic Lifting team on their Championship at the Laker liftoff!

Big day in DL tomorrow. 2nd annual Laker Liftoff with over 90 athletes competing. JV lifts 10:30-1 and varsity lifts 1:30-4:00. Remember, JV/V is an age destinction not an ability distinction. Some big weights will be moved for the JV session so come on out and watch!

Wow! First ever MN/ND Sinclair dual weightlifting meet in the books. After getting through some technical difficulties, the meet flowed smooth and some kids hit monster lifts! A lot of potential with this new format. To top it all off, the Lakers won!
