All the afternoon has been about… workshops! We’ve been talking about advocating for responsible tech, how to amplify impact through tech in Somalia and the power of storytelling for peacemapping. We’ve also taken some time to breathe… and embody our learnings ✨
3, 2, 1…. and we’re on! #BuildPeace2023 just started, with a welcome from @BusaraCenter, our amazing hosts, and a beautiful spoken word performance by Mac Alunge.
As we begin, we keep in mind this year’s slogan: walk backwards into the future.
