i lost 3.9 kg since the beginning of may... not much but considering how i binged a lot in may its an achievement honestly! also might be a bit more bc i weighed myself before going to the toilet
@oatlymatchai workouts!!! steps are also important but what i like to do is to engage my core a lot so it kinda feels like im working out even tho im just walking <3
