"Would we have been able to debut [in one group], the five of us?"
"Us five?"
Youngji: No way
Seulgi: If we did, we would have probably fought?
Hyojung: We would've [definitely] fought!
Youngji: No. We wouldn't have gotten along!

[Strict Surveillance]
Hyojung: No but they would only send us to the restroom in groups of two or more.
Seulgi: Two people would go holding hands like 'Manager-nim, can we go to the restroom?'
Moonbyul: Why, for what reason?
Hyojung: Because they're worried we'd make eye contact with men if we go alone. Because they might slip us a folded note or something.
Youngji: Because apparently our unnies passed notes with them like that!
Moonbyul: Okay but I got a note like that too.

Seulgi chosen by a publisher to advance read and write a recommendation/review for a novel that discusses the question: Can art change lives?
Our artist Seulgi is well-known in the publication industry as an art connoisseur, repeatedly receiving opportunities for art books. 💛
#슬기#SEULGI wrote a recommendation essay for the Korean translation of <Marina A> by French author Eric Fottorino
"Éric Fottorino's novel does not stop at simply explaining or narrating Marina Abramović's works. As we follow along with her art, we come across social issues that we have turned away from and end up asking ourselves questions. More than anything, <Protect Me or Kill Me> changes the reader's perspectives. Through this novel, I, too, discovered new meanings in things that I had simply let pass by, gained the strength to throw questions within those meanings, and came to see the world from angles entirely different from before. This book shakes the reader, and finally transforms them."
On what #슬기#SEULGI wants to try next
"Ah... I love going to see exhibitions and I love movies. As a person who loves art, I want to showcase something that combines these. It's just that, it appears to me, that the standards/taste of people — of many people — have now gone up so I want to try creating a cool album that measures up to that."
Q10 Chinese fans have been very fond and supportive of you. Is there something you want to say to them in particular?
🐻 I am so glad that we have some opportunities to meet. I also gained a lot of strength through the support you've sent me so thank you for supporting me and I hope we will also have days where we can meet in the future too. Thank you!
Q9 If you were to go to an amusement park with your fans, what would you like to do with them the most?
🐻 The horror house. How about a haunted house? If we go as a group, it probably wouldn't be that scary so I think it would be fun. Shall we go to the horror house together?
Q8 If you were to get a total rest day, what would be the one thing you want to do the most?
🐻 The thing I want to do the most is... hmm... I think it's reading the books I've wanted to read while having a cup of coffee. Or going to the movie theater, or going to the shops I wanted to go to.
Q7 11 years after your debut, what do you think has changed the most and what hasn't?
🐻 I think the biggest change is... my stamina? *laughs* My physical endurance is definitely not the same as before. For that reason, I am exercising consistently.
