Relief vets use Perch free, for good. No card, no clinic sponsor, no end date.
Every clinic you work is its own workspace, and your notes stay with the clinic you charted for. https://t.co/jCN3txWUk1
A blank gets checked. A guess gets signed.
If Perch can't match a drug name in the dictation to a known term, it leaves that line for you instead of filling in something that looks right. Most of the note is right, so you skim. That's the line that gets you.
We built a blind test to catch an AI scribe charting a drug nobody said. 70 clips, 25 traps, every miss published, ours included. The clips and the scorer are public, so run it on whatever scribe you use. https://t.co/6FsnGe7Zqc
Answer: Roflexacin isn't a drug. The scribe heard "batril and roflexacin," treated the brand and its generic as two medications, and charted the same antibiotic twice under two names.
Easy at 9 am. Harder on your thirtieth note at 7 pm.
It's National Veterinary Technician Week. A lot of the chart is the tech's: weight, temp, heart rate, the front desk history. Perch saves each dictation as its own entry, so nobody's words get merged into a colleague's. Techs, what should charting do? https://t.co/Nmv7XAYiE2
One of these two drugs doesn't exist.
The vet dictated: "Started on Baytril, enrofloxacin, 5 mg/kg IV once." An AI scribe heard two drugs and charted both.
Which line is the fake? Answer in the replies. I'll post it tomorrow.

A clinic with three vets shouldn't pay for a scribe three times.
Perch Essential: $20 a month, one flat price for the whole clinic, up to 3 vets.
Talk through the exam, the SOAP note drafts itself, you sign it and paste it into your practice software. 30 days free, no card.
How does a dictated drug name get into a Perch chart? In five stages:
The vet says Apoquel. The speech engine hears "parkwell". Perch's garble atlas knows that spelling, the acoustic check confirms the audio supports Apoquel, and the chart says Apoquel.
Facebook's ad library is now an MCP server. An agent can pull every ad a brand runs, filter by geo, and get the creative back as structured data. Competitive research just became a function call. https://t.co/BVxweE1EHw
Forma update: still holding founding spots for photographers who want to shape a delivery tool.
Free during beta, founding price for life, and the roadmap is literally what founding members complain about.
One real delivery is the only ask.
The gallery/delivery stack for a working photographer runs real money every month, forever, and most of it pays for features you touch twice a year.
If you could buy just the delivery part, what would it be worth to you?
Photographers: what's the most common question clients ask AFTER you deliver?
I'd bet it's some flavor of 'how do I download all of them at once.'
If every client asks the same question, that's not a client problem, that's a tool problem.
