Really enjoyed speaking about design tokens and CSS utility classes and how they all come together to help design and engineering teams have a truly single source of truth for styling.

Build only what you need to take off, while you are on air, you will figure out the part you need to fly and just when you are about to land you will figure out your landing gears.
@uxderrick@leyeConnect Main frustration though is in communicating taste exactly as I want it. I find that often without a reference image. Claude just mis-interprets and implements slop. When I step back and provide some reference though or even some exploration from Figma. It does a fairly good job.
@uxderrick@leyeConnect you are right, I have had more success with breaking work into smaller chunks than trying to one shot it, especially in terms of quality.
I was already quite drawn to extreme programming processes, so that has helped me keep task small when building stuffs.
Hanging out @startuplabhq with a couple of founders at their discussion panel, building startups and the entire process it takes, great time learning about how validation goes on throughout the entire process of building. Check them out if you are in Jos. #startuplabfriday
A quick quote from the Startup Lab founder;
"As a founder, if you've made up your mind to build, you must throw out embarrassment "

Want to know if your idea is actually valuable? Here are a few simple ways to find out. Join us for February’s edition of startup lab Friday, we would be discussing many ways to test if your ideas are valuable enough before spending more time and resources in the wrong direction.
A design task isn’t only about the problem, it’s about who faces it and how your solution helps them act.
In this session, our product designers put on their thinking caps to see beyond the canvas .
