What a week of #SafetyScience! Started at Woodstock MS exploring particle motion through fire sprinklers, then ended the week recognizing @ETBoothSTEM’s best LiB safety safety campaigns. Opportunity for Science is all around and these Ts embrace it. @NFSAorg#xplorlabs
At ULRI's first annual Research Symposium, Teacher Fellows from across the country were immersed in current #safetysceince research and outcomes. I am excited to see how these educators translate their experiences into relevant resources and experiences for students #xplorlabs
#xplorlabs trusts teachers to make the best decisions for their classrooms. #stemcobb pilots the science of thermal runaway and partners with local businesses.
What an amazing day at the Georgia Fire Safety Symposium presenting the exciting opportunities Xplorlabs: Fire Forensics offers for community risk reduction and science education.

I'm excited to speak at STEMapalooza 2023! Sessions will focus on how fire investigators incorporate knowledge of energy and matter to make claims

Spent an amazing week at #NSTA with an amazing group of people to spread the work about how @ULXplorlabs resources challenge students to solve real world problems with science. #solvewithscience https://t.co/6bxWdLpKV2
Happy National Principal’s Day to Dr. Jenkins-Mann. McCleskey is better today than it was yesterday in large part due to her leadership. Thank you. Keep on pushing 🙏 @docdremann
@McCleskey_MS teachers took a trip SubZero liquid Nitrogen ice cream to hear about their #stem programs. Looking forward to their participation in our STEMFest and more
After their quiz over electricity Ss were challenged to use their knowledge of circuits and electricity to create a free standing device that can “draw.” A throwback to a training from the one and only @JTBrown78@McCleskey_MS#stemcobb
TY @McCleskey_MS for allowing us to take 37 eager Ss to #ifly to see (S)cience of falling objects, use (T)echnology to analyze their own flight data, discuss (E)ngineering challenges of building a wind tunnel, and using (M)ath to calc terminal vel. #stemcobb homerun! @cobbscience
We had an absolute blast at iFly today! Ss did some calculations to find terminal velocity. Then, Ss compared it to their actual terminal velocity from their flight. We had a girl get within 6% error! @McCleskey_MS@MO_Keeffe@STEMcobb#iFly@cobbscience
SO impressed with our 5th graders & their 3D cell models in #Minecraft! Such unique work... cell museums, mine carts that take visitors on a tour, signs with labels & definitions & even levers that move parts! @PlayCraftLearn@southall_mrs ❤🌎⚒ #STEMCobb
We will have a spirit bus to support our girls on Saturday in the Final 4. Make plans to join us....details will be out tomorrow, but seats will fill up fast! https://t.co/tTidES369m
After completing practice problems calculating mechanical advantage, we had a spur of the moment #STEMcobb challenge: find the MA of our staircase and ramp! Problem solving ensued as Ss found unique ways to find height and complete the challenge @cobbscience@McCleskey_MS
