Please all I need is my money,because I am currently squatting with a friend since I can’t provide money for my house rent, and the stress is really affecting me psychologically coupled with the fact the have been on furlough at work since the pandemic started.

@UBAGroup where is my money, I trusted you guys reason why I bank with you in the first place, I knew how long it took me to gather that money for my house rent, and now it’s been deducted and you want me to let go of 400,000 just like that.

I have never for once given out my card out to a second party to help me withdraw money or disclose my pin to anyone. An enrollment will definitely need my consent and I need to get a notification for it, which I didn’t get,so how did 400,000 got deducted from my account?

I don’t carry out transactions on this account ,aside from me depositing money from my gtbank account into the uba account and neither have I for once given out this account number to another party to even make payment into it. I have my phone and my ATM card with me.

I am surprise ,because I have never log into the bank mobile app, aside from the first day one of your staff input it on my tab at the branch where I picked up my atm card, and that was in 2018, which I didn’t even make use of before the tab got spoilt early 2019.

i contacted you immediately the deduction happened, as that was the only alert I got that I have been debited of #400,000 and I blocked my account immediately...Only for you to tell me that you are done with your investigation , that the transaction was done on a mobile app.

please @UBACares why do you want to punish me for your mistakes? I have tried to be civil as I can; gone to your branch,laid a complaint, sent messages to your dm, only to tell me your investigation reveals I scammed myself, how ?
