@SamaHoole Idk tbh. I think it depends on the exercise. Eg, my triceps only grew if I did a really heavy weight where I’d get around 4/5 reps. Plus, I’d go beyond failure by holding it at the most taxing position to really rip the muscle. It really depends on the quality of the set.
