Guys, please be careful. If someone sends money into your account and then calls or texts you saying they sent it by mistake and asking you to send it back, don’t do it. Tell them to contact their bank and sort it out from their side.

You might think you’re just helping someone meanwhile you could be getting yourself involved in money laundering without even knowing it. Some people use other people’s accounts to move stolen money and when investigations start, your account could also be flagged because you were part of the transactions.

Even if it was a genuine mistake, let the bank handle it. Don’t touch that money or send it anywhere yourself. You can land yourself in serious trouble just by trying to be a good person. Please be careful. ❤️
