@Urodoc46 @sharaf20581 Extraction incision will still be a fraction compared to full open and all the exposure needed to do full op. Major benefits on blood loss and recovery also.

We did a 16cm 2.5kg tumour robotically. Big extraction site yes but patient still went home POD2.
