@EmiratesSupport I have request a refund for my flight in January and the 15 working days have lapsed. Iโve been calling your Johannesburg offices for almost two weeks now and every time Iโm sent from pillar to post.
@EmiratesSupport I done so and to date Iโm send from pillar to post. We are heading for two months now waiting for a refund and everything I just get apologies from multiple consultants without commitment. We are way past the 15 days period and the added 21 days. Can you commit on my refund.
