@Pornhub have y’all considered free premium access with proof of COVID-19 vaccination? We really need stronger incentives to get more folks immunized and I think that could be a strong one, consistent with y’all’s history of philanthropy.
@afoxmother Vyvanse if I’m having a normal/productive day, Adderall IR instead if I need to go to bed early, eat more, etc. I don’t think it’s impacted my creativity at all! Although the first few weeks people thought I was upset because I wasn’t talking so much 😂
@BlitterObject Hi Mr. Koon! I used to really enjoy using your app 30/30 and frankly there’s a hole in my life where it used to be. As someone with ADHD, 30/30 was a revelation in time management. Any chance it’s coming back someday? ☺️

This week at Grady
You: “They stay talking’ ‘bout how everybody could get that shot if they want it. All they got to do is walk in.” *making air quotes* “But that’s some bullshit.”
Me: *listening*
You: “That AIN’T all you got to do.”
You folded your arms in a huff.
Ya boi has abstained from alcohol 4 out of the past 7 days, AND I finally finished my personal statement! Is there anybody out there on #medtwitter who could look it over for me and give me some feedback?

A few small tips from older me:
* Connections are cool but keep the spotlight moving.
* Let no one be a cultural ball hog.
* Pay attention to all names & pronunciations.
* Assess if you're giving everyone the chance to feel seen.
Okay? Cool.

@BaeBielle Yesss!!! Burnout is a *structural* issue! It’s so normalized in medical/hospital culture too. I worry it’s only gonna keep getting worse with the encroachment of private equity, performance metrics, etc. How do we stop it??
@av0gadra Welcome to the club!! It’s a lot better here than it used to be – more resources, less stigma. Doesn’t make it easy, but you’re not alone on #ADHDmedtwitter :)
