@TOzgokmen Iran doesn’t even have to hit one. If they keep up a decent tempo the carrier groups will run out of interceptors (just like the bases did) and they’ll have to bravely run away (or get hit)
So after years of force-feeding us the idea that a man can feel like a woman if he wants to, they've suddenly decided that a man can never understand what it feels like to be a woman. Funny that.
An ugly truth a lot of women don’t want to hear:
A woman announced she was getting divorced and asked for encouragement. The replies immediately filled up with women posting their “married vs. divorced” glow-ups, dramatic weight loss, new hair, new clothes, gym bodies.
Why did becoming single suddenly motivate you to give yourself the effort you stopped giving while married? Sometimes women get comfortable in their marriage. They stop prioritizing their health, appearance, intimacy, or effort. Then the relationship ends and suddenly it’s gym memberships, diets, new wardrobes, and “watch me glow.” And if your spouse previously encouraged you to get healthier, somehow he was the villain.
If you can lose 50, 70, or 90 pounds for the dating market, you were capable of investing in yourself while married too. Sometimes the “glow-up” isn’t evidence that somebody held you back. Sometimes it’s evidence that you stopped showing up until you needed to attract somebody new. And if you repeat that same pattern, get the new relationship, get comfortable, stop putting in effort, you didn’t break the cycle. You just changed men.
My 15yr old granddaughter still hasn't emptied the dishwasher.
I asked her to do it four hours ago.
Now she's freaking out because she can't find her phone...
Which is on silent in the dishwasher.

@blueeyeswhinih@Zakari_Linvud@Pat_Stedman They weren’t ‘given’ to women. The issue is the only sectors of the US economy that are growing are all dominated by women. Men don’t want to work in sectors dominated by women (because there’s waaayy too much tone policing & endless useless talking men don’t want to put up with)
My favorite thing about Ms. Steinem is that she married a rich guy who completely financed her vanity magazine where she preached for women to become independent.
If you want to get married because you think it is all love, sex, and happy moments, I am here to warn you. You are in for a rude shock.
Marriage is also bills, tired nights, disagreements, in-laws, silence, responsibility, and days when you don’t even like each other. The romance doesn't stay forever, you will fight some days.
If you are only prepared for the sweet part, the disagreement and boring part will break you.
Marry because you are ready to build, lead, forgive, and endure.
Don’t marry because you want a permanent honeymoon.
That version does not exist.
