@DIRECTV thanks for raising rates AGAIN. May I bill you every time my service goes out when it rains or is too windy? Why do I have a local sports fee when i don't even watch sports? Prices increase but service declines; what a racket you've set up!
@DIRECTV Wow, your raise your process with NO notification and provide nothing of increased value. Every time it rains, TBS get screwed up. BTW, the Scientology Channel isn't considered an increased value. Disappointed again. #findanotherservice#longtimecustomerdisgusted

@TheYankeeCandle I've tried several times and ways to get a hold of you. My order, for Christmas, was incomplete. No one has responded. It looks like your company lacks customer service. I want my missing item. Maybe filing a complaint with the BBB is the best route.
