Our minor & junior athletes were out today for the Connacht Track & Field finals. Congrats to Nathan Marsh who came 2nd in the minor Boys Javelin. Ally Duffy had a fantastic day finishing 1st in the 1500m junior girls race. Ally has qualified for the All Ireland on May 31st. π

Our TY JP2 students are on their way home tonight after an incredible trip. Yesterday, we went to Assisi where we found out about St Francis and Carlos Acutis. Today was one of the highlights, a visit to The Catacombs where we had a liturgy, and visiting the tomb of Pope Francis.
Our TY Mini Company class had a fantastic experience visiting Butlers Chocolate Factory today.
Students explored the fascinating history of Butlers Chocolate and gained valuable insights into the companyβs daily operations. π«

The recent Irish Open Swimming Championships proved to be an exhilarating five-day event. Hosted in the National Aquatic Centre, Moate CS student Leah Connell shone brightly as she set a new club record in the 100m, and the 50m backstroke and a pb in 200m.
