Because when people are repeatedly taught that their worth exists mainly in what they provide for others, they slowly stop centering themselves entirely. That conditioning becomes inherited. Daughters watch mothers disappear into sacrifice and mistake exhaustion for womanhood.
But something is changing now.
More women are questioning systems that demanded endless self-abandonment while calling it virtue. More women are realizing they are human beings before they are roles, expectations, or services for others.
And that realization unsettles people.
Because a woman who understands her value beyond sacrifice becomes harder to control through guilt, fear, shame, or duty.
