LBank turns 11, and I’ve spent almost five of those years here.

When you spend that much time building something, an anniversary feels personal. You remember the people, the conversations, the difficult days, and the moments when all the work finally comes together.

Working in social media and community, I’ve had the chance to get to know the people behind the usernames. Many of you have been with us for years. We’ve spoken, shared ideas, celebrated wins, and worked through problems together. Those relationships mean a lot to me.

My role has grown over time, from social and community to partnerships too. This year, I’ve personally helped secure and bring to life partnerships with some of the biggest IPs across Web2 and Web3. From the first conversations to seeing our communities come together, it’s been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey here.

Each partner brings a different community, with its own culture, stories, and reasons to connect. That’s why “Come As You Are” means so much to me. Whether you’ve been trading for years or found us through a character you love, there’s a place for you here. Every one of those communities is welcome.

To my colleagues who put their time and heart into everything we do, and to every LBanker who keeps showing up, thank you.
